But God said

Luk 12:20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

A rich man enjoys the bounty his ground brings forth, Enjoys his life, does as he pleases and thinks what a happy man am I.

But God Said.
Funny how many times we forget the "but God said". We forget He has spoken, we forget He is the final authority.
We forget our life, our death and our eternal destination are all in His hands. We forget He is God and He has said.

I want to do this - but God said.
I think this - but God said.

God called the man who thought he was great and set for life a fool, and why? For he did not consider the God who had blessed him, had provided the bounty and was the reason for all he had.

Would He call us fools today? For we have ignored "but God said".
