what is our testimony?

Amo 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

What happens when a rich man and a poor man walk together? can you tell one is rich or one is poor solely by watching except by their actions and appearance?

Over the last 2 months I have seen a couple of good Christians get among some worldly folks, and I was dismayed to see the Christians go to the level of the world instead of lifting the world up to their level.

What happened to their testimony? What happened to consecration?

I have harped on this for awhile now but now I am going to say it straight out in the open.

Why does the world need what you have in Jesus if you are just like them?

I literally watched a man I know well, who is trying to live right, fall right back into his old ways when an old friend from the world showed up. He has been praying for this friend, inviting him to church but the friend saw the same behavior as his own, so why does he need Christ?

You may think I am being mean, or judgmental, and that is ok. God says:

2Co 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

2Co 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

The world is unclean, the ways of the world are unclean, do not touch the unclean. Come out from among them, be separate, be consecrated to God, be a living testimony to the things of God.

Let's take it to the next level, how can the world know the church is God's if the church acts and behaves as them?

The church building means nothing, the church members make the church. If the church people do not take the church building serious then neither will the world.

The parking lot is a testimony, the people each and every one is a living testimony, if your church is empty more than it is full then that is your testimony, if God matters not to His people then why should the world care about God?

If my people! Not the preacher or the pastor or the teacher, if my people. That is all of us. There will be no revival if my people do not act, testify, Holy Pure and Righteous.

You can not walk with the world in agreement if you are of God. You just can not.
