God's Grand Scheme

So many people seem to think God did things hodge-podge. That there was no sense, no plan. However, when you look at the overall picture you see a clear crisp picture that shows patience, mercy and love.

Adam and Eve in the Garden. Adam Sins.
Noah and the Ark. All of earth scourged and judged because of sin
Abraham called. The Jewish nation ends up in slavery.
Moses delivers the people from slavery, and the Law to man.
Judges to rule, Man wants man to rule over him
King's appointed, God disappointed
Sin divides the kingdoms, Back to slavery.
Prophets call the people to God, the people turn further away.

After all this man has yet to determine that they are incapable on their own of saving themselves. Man has deserted God time and time again.. We (mankind) have repeatedly failed and in that failure have blamed God.
Finally God takes the Ultimate step: He Himself comes to earth to bear the sins of His creation. He sacrifices Himself to make up for all, ALL of our sins.
God comes we call Him Jesus. He dies for us so that we might have eternal life.

Are you following this? We sin, we turn from God, God gives us a way to get back to Him.

Now in the New Testament we are no longer under the law, we are now under grace. Why? Because God knows that we can not do it by ourselves. So we have the written Word, a witness to the Word. We have the Holy Spirit, God Himself indwelling us.
God has done His Work in spite of our best attempts to thwart Him.

Through out history (His Story) Man has turned from God. And what has God done? He keeps providing us more and more ways to get to Him. We however seem to turn up our noses at those ways, and still try to find our own way.
There is only one way,

Jeremiah 29:12-14King James Version (KJV)

12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

14 And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

One way to God. Through Christ, but to get there you must first answer the call/nudge God puts on you. We are lost in ourselves and left to our own devices we should never look for Him.
We can only look for Him after He opens our eyes. It is the same with His Grand Scheme. We can only see it when He opens our eyes.

The next time you want to blame God, look and see where the blame should actually Lay.
Our God is a good God, a just God, a Pure God. He waits for us to seek Him, to seek His Will, to Seek His Word.
He has laid out a grand plan for us. It is up to us to wait on the Lord and see His Will and then to follow through on it.
God's grand scheme is this: God creates man, man sins. God gives man law, man sins, God Comes to earth, dies for us and man sins.
See a common denominator? God is seeking you wants to know you and show you great and powerful things. Have you turned from Him? Have you not looked?

You are God's great Grand Scheme. He did all of this for you. What is your response?
