We are a Christian nation founded on the bible and Judeo-Christian beliefs yet we have turned to the dollar and government in the belief that is what made us great, when in actuality the faith we had, the example we set before the world was what made US strong..
We are sorely lacking in the discipline of faith believing that separation of church and state in the constitution of America is necessary for good government, when in fact good governing comes from following the Bible.
In the Constitution as drawn up by the founding fathers there is no mention of this separation, this is a lie perpetuated by the secular world and believed wholly by the sheeple here in the United States. We in fact need our church to help America right it's course and to maintain a steady plodding. This is why I keep saying study and pray. If all of this nation's people actually read and understood the Constitution they would have the full understanding that our founding father's knew that only through the grace and power of God and the following of His Holy Word can we ever persevere. They intended the church to lead the state. They were escaping from a state-controlled church and were attempting to start a new land where they could worship God without the government telling them how to do this. Separation of STATE from the church was their ideal not the other.
We the people need to turn to GOD and not to our government who ,in theory, is supposed to work for us not RULE us as they are trying to do in this day and age.
Mark 12:14-17

Christ has told us to be under the law of the government as it was set in place by God, but we are to be faithful and true to Him and His will first.
1 Peter 5:6-10KJV
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
We have no guarantee of anything on this earth from our Heavenly Father except our assurance of Salvation when we call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, repent from our sins, and wholly trust on Him. We will face persecution, trials, trouble and affliction. We are called to be steadfast and true to Him, His Word and His Will.
James 1:2-4

3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
The perfecting of our faith is what we need to be working towards. Without our God and the faith we have in Him we have no hope in this current world. A nation is only truly great when it is dedicated to follow the Lord God Jehovah and to support his chosen people of Israel. That is what had made this nation great, that is how we achieved success and no amount of debt ceiling, printing money, or speeches shall ever restore us to our greatness again.
The perfect faith we shall not attain till we reach that perfect state in Heaven but we must strive to have the faith that will allow us to rely solely on Him.
Matthew 17:20KJV
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Christ tells us that we can do anything in His will. If we ask right according to His will our faith will result in us being in line with the Father's agenda and will allow us to accomplish what He would have us do.
And how de we get this kind of faith?

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
We are to read the Word, study the Word, and understand the Word. This is the perfecting of our faith and the perfecting of our knowledge. Then we are to practice the Word. This is what we are called to do. This is our purpose here on this earth. Our jobs, our families, and all else are secondary to the Furtherance of His will and His word.
This is the only way we can raise the faith ceiling and help our nation our world get back on track. One person one house one neighborhood one city one county one state one country at a time.
