Act 18:24  And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, andmighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.

Act 18:25  This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.

Act 18:26  And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.

Act 8:35  Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. 

Act 8:36  And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? 

Act 8:37  And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 

I have many times wondered how, with the internet, the libraries, radio, tv, all the information in the world in our hands, the Gospel isn't spread more.

How we can be so lost in a world full of light?

Act_18:28  For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.

Luk_24:32  And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

I know I have hit this point time and time again but I still and here with this on my heart.
I see and hear "preachers and teachers" who teach a watered down or half message.

They take out of context and corrupt it to their purpose. The "name it and claim it" prosperity theory or the God is love,  so be positive crowd.

The devil can quote scripture but he will never present a full rendering of the truth generally ,shocker, he lies. He twists and perverts the truth and message of God.

I have said before all the saved have the Holy Spirit to teach them and to interpret the scripture. Yet how many truly open the Word to make sure they are hearing truth?
Is the search for truth really genuine? or are they looking for what they want to hear?

We all want to hear how good we are, how God wants to bless us and love us, how we are just good people. 
But that is not truth!

Truth - man is sinful. The world will never get better, man in and of himself can not better themselves.
Sin will continue, riches for everyone is not God's Will, health for all not God's Will,
There is one way to heaven only Jesus Christ the Son of God who died for them.

Truth is only found in the scriptures. Men are led to Christ through the scriptures.
Preach the Truth, the scriptures of God.

We have all we need in the scriptures, we have all we need in the Holy Spirit. Do not corrupt or water them down.
Do not deviate from the written Word in your teachings.
Please, please at all times take what is being taught and proof read it against these truths, the Bible and the Holy Spirit.
