More and more everyday I am hearing of things happening in this world and more specifically here in America that are bothering me.
Dearborn, Mi. Muslims complaining about an Easter egg hunt being promoted at school.
Fox News on a panel a panelist declared gay marriage won. And I love Fox News, yes I am endorsing them.
Judges promoting their own agenda instead of following the constitution.
An Attorney General who follows the laws he wants to and disregards the rest?
A President who has so warped the social agenda to fundamentally transform America.
Senators and Representatives who are more for lining their own pockets than doing the people's will.
A Church in New York has been bought by muslims, an historical building, and it is being converted to a mosque. The crosses that have been there for a hundred years are no more.
Abortions are more common place, and the "right" to abortion is being fought as women's health instead of baby murder.
Folks we are going downhill fast, where are our religious leaders? We have wishy-washy preachers standing in the nation who are afraid to denounce sin. That is our voice? The pope has been far more condemning of sin than any Christian preacher and the pope is the head of a false religion!
Where are the God Fearing leaders? Where are the voices in the wilderness? Where are the Godly men who will step out of the pulpit and into the spotlight to give us a cautioning voice. Where are the Shepherds of God?
Do we have a Samuel in our midst? One who will guide the nation? Where is our Nathan who will stand before our leaders and say "thou art the man"?
Do we have a Jeremiah who will preach and weep for his people?
2 Chronicles 7:12-16 KJV
12 And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.
13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
I have taken this out of context a bit. God is talking to Solomon about a temple. Not the Nation of Israel, but the concept is valid.
We are a people ripe for the taking. We have allowed the sacredness and sanctity of life to be removed from our lives.
We have given up any and all of the Holy in our holidays. We have run God out of any facets of our lives except for that 1 hour a week we sometimes attend church.
Folks, if we do not start standing up and speaking out we are in trouble. Stop letting the atheists, muslims, etc, dictate to us what we can and can not say/do. Start fighting for our right to worship anywhere at any time.
Christmas is under attack, Now Easter is the next target.
Soon we won't be able to worship out in the open. We will be in underground status. Soon other countries will be sending missionaries here.
Now you say this is all about religion and the separation of church and state, and I agree. to a point. It is about the eradication of Christianity. It is Satan attacking the True path to Salvation. Satan wants people to follow him to Hell. He does not want the way the truth and the life to be known. Christ is the only way to Heaven and Satan is squashing that message.
If you think I am being a tad morbid, preaching doom and gloom, then you have not been paying attention. There is a full out war on religious freedom here in America.
We have been lulled into a false sense of security. All the sacrifices of the generations before us have been forgotten. we are a nation of weak minded people. We would not survive without our creature comforts. If we had to live off the land in the elements or serve a false god, I believe most people would follow the false god.
Say what you will but I am worried for our nation.
God has promised He will hear us if we pray, but I am not so sure He has not turned America over to the forces of darkness already. I fear we are already lost.
BUT we are not past the point of no return I don't think. God can still salvage us. We can still pray and ask Him to turn us around. However, We need leadership. We need a voice crying in the wilderness, we need Jonah and John the Baptist.
We need Elijah who defied a bad king and queen. Who stood as an example and as a judge! He denounced the evil being perpetrated in their days by a corrupt government.
What is your stand today? Will you be the voice crying out? Or the lamb being led to slaughter?
Make your voice heard. Take a stand where it matters: in a world going to Hell. We may not be able to stop the decline, but we can try to at least slow it.
