O Death where is thy Sting?

1Co 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
1Co 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
1Co 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The sting of death, brought to us through sin and rebellion. The sting of death, the one that we must all feel for the sting of death is not for that one that has died, no the sting of death is for those of us that are alive and remain.
The sting of death is our pain, our misery at no time is the sting of death what happens when we die, no it refers to the pain and hurt left behind by those that are left.
Yet we do have the Victory through Jesus Christ. For when He rose out of that grave death was defeated.
When that stone was rolled away, at that moment we were given the Victory. We do not have hope, we have a certainty!
For if Jesus is God, if He died, was buried and rose again, then what we have is not hope but a promise. If the promises of God are immutable, unchanging and ever true then we have of a certainty this promise, that we shall one day, be reunited.
Yet if we are to be reunited, if we are to experience this promise, this reunion does that not mean we Should want every one to go with us? To reunite with us?
1Co 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Through Jesus Christ we have found our purpose, we have found our way. Through Jesus we have found some meaning in the vastness of eternity.
Be ye stedfast unmovable ALWAYS abounding in the work of the Lord.
The sting of death can not get to you if they know Jesus as you know Jesus. For come that rapture day there will be a reuniting, there will be a day we will see each other again.
We should be working to take all we can to that reunion with us. For truly there is no sting in death, there is sadness but no sorrow in death for we have this promise, this same Jesus will come again!
This promise that there is a new day coming and in that day we shall see them again.

Take my yoke

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Mat 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Take my yoke and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly of heart and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Is that the way the God of the Universe all powerful and all mighty speaks?
Yes it is.

This is where your free will comes in. You have a choice in your free will, to serve sin or to serve God.
You have free will, when God calls you, your free will allows you to hear Him and reject Him. Or to hear Him and accept Him. That is your free will.
I can not stress this enough, You have free will to make that choice. God will not force you to choose Him.
Yet once that choice is made your free will goes out the window for you chose to be a servant of Sin or a child of God. Both have obligations and both have consequences.

Once you have decided, then you have chosen your Master and you are there to do what they ask of you.
The choice is yours, you have free will to decide whom you will serve, Death or life, Sin or Righteousness. That is the extent of your free will.
If you decide to accept Jesus and follow Him, then you will be yoked together with Him. Then you will be in His Service.
You are not free to choose your own path, you made your choice. Now you are His, Bought with a price. A bond servant to Christ.

What task has He placed on us? To go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel that they too might have life.
