urgent or no?

 

Yet as I have preached before, this same Jesus that was lifted into the skies, this same Jesus will come again just as He left.

The angels said that when He went up into the clouds, and as you might doubt the word of angel, let me explain something.

The Angels are messengers, they are servants of God and no servant, no messenger speaks their own words but the words of The Master.

The angels declared to the disciples on the hill this:

Act 1:9  And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 

Act 1:10  And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 

Act 1:11  Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. 

This same Jesus shall so come in like manner. Period. No further words added or taken away. We have this promise that this SAME Jesus will come again.

So why then do we not have urgency acting on the behalf of this same Jesus and getting all ready to meet Him?
