Work issues? Give them to God

I have found myself in a situation at work that is, at best, a mess. The problem is I have been responding in a most secular way. I pray every morning on my way to God, and let Him know that the store I am running is His, I turn it all over to Him.
What has happened here lately is that I was moved to a new store, the busiest in our district, and the previous manager who was moved has been undermining me with the employees and customers.
I, in return, have been following the human side of me and have been bitter and quite overwhelmed.
So instead of giving it to God and letting Him work, I have been giving it to Him and then taking it back from Him and trying to solve it all myself..
In reality I have been just paying lip service to Him and not really trusting in His power but my own management ability and allowing the circumstances to weigh me down and be negative and harp on the bad instead of seeing the potential.
David, King of Israel to be, had a similar problem except that Saul, the previous management , was trying to kill him.

Psalm 4KJV
Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. 2O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah. 3But know that the LORDhath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him. 4Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. 5Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD6There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us. 7Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. 8I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety

I am not putting myself in the same category with David. He was a man on the run, a future king who had no home, no bed, and no certainity of refuge.
However, he rested in the Lord. He took his problems to God and wrote them down for us to have an example of how to deal with the problem.
He taught us how to handle such situations. How to pray about these problems, and how to change our thinking from "woe is me"to "how God has blessed me".
I have been given the busiest store in our district, one of the top 5 grossing stores in our company of over 300 and instead of dwelling on the positives, I have been looking only at the non-consequential and not at the larger picture.
This is my opportunity to shine and be a example , a testimony to the goodness of God and His glory.
My prayer is this, Lord let them see you through me, let me be their example in this time of trial and testing. Let me not fail you or them by acting in less than a christian and Godly manner. In all of this help me to be gracious, to control what I can and let you handle what I can't.

Thank you Lord for this opportunity, help me to see what can be and not what is currently. Lord, help me to follow you and to not get caught in the mire and swamps of this world.
